Mulching Service
Mulching your flower beds and landscaped areas is a great way to retain water for plants installed, keeping them well watered and beautiful, as well as keeping weeds out. Whether your mulch just needs a small top refresh, or full installation, we can install it in no time. We offer a rich dark bark based mulch or pine needles.
Aerating and/or Overseeding Service (available September- October)
Aeration involves perforating the soil with small 2-3 inch holes using our professional aerating equipment to allow air, water and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots. This helps your grass roots grow deeply and produce a stronger, healthier, and more vigorous lawn. We then recommend overseeding the property by scalping the grass and spreading a thick layer of specially blended grass seed and fertilizer especially mixed for the Piedmont Triad area. this will help keep your lawn thick, and repair any damage done by the Summer, the dog, or the kids.
NEW: Landscape and house lighting
We are now certified to install low voltage landscape lighting to brighten up your landscaping, or your entire house. We mount and wire the transformer, bury all of the cables, and can help you pick from a multitude of products from up lighting, down lighting, and even color changing lighting, which is great to change up during Holidays. Lawn Fertilization and Weed Control
Blue Lawncare offers fertilization and weed control treatments year round. We offer single treatments, or our recommended 8 treatment program that will keep your yard looking beautifully green and weed free year round. Our treatments include a comprehensive slow release fertilization with a perfect blend of nitrous to give your yard a deep dark green look, pre emergent weed control and post emergent control of both broadleaf and grassy weeds. We will also gladly help you determine the appropriate watering program to ensure maximum results.
Lawn Mowing Service
Our Standard Lawn service includes mowing the entire yard with a professional mower, line trimmer (weedeating) around all trees, fences, landscaping, etc. Then we edge all sidewalks, driveways and patios with a blade edger, and make sure to clean up all of the clippings and debris for a truly clean and professional look. We use stripping kits on all of our professional mowers to give your yard a fresh looking beautiful striped design. We also use mulching kits on our mowers, as it is much healthier for the grass. Your yard will be the envy of the neighborhood!
Seasonal Flowers
Flowers are one of the easiest, and most cost effective ways to drastically improve the look of your property and home. We provide the flowers and installation by the flat (18-20 four inch pots) for $30 per flat. We offer a variety of seasonal flowers to choose from depending on the season, and if we don't have the type of flower you are looking for in stock, we can still purchase these for you.
Flower Service
We provide flower bed maintenance weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, weeding and maintaining all of your flower beds and mulched or landscaped areas. Ask us how we can help prevent the weeds from coming back in these areas too.
Bush and Shrub Trimming
All of our employees are professionally trained to properly trim all types of shrubs, hedges, perennials decorative grass and ornamental trees. We can also help prevent and eliminate mold, mildew, fungus and all types of insects that may attack the health of your investment.
Leef Removal
Picking up and removal of leaves from your yard and landscaped areas. This is a huge time saver in the fall! We recommend scheduling this service at the same time as your Lawn Care Service to save money.
